They are abilities that the Pokémon has since birth , that is, a high speed or a resistance capacity, either because of the high defense or the high HP. What is EV? They are effort values that the Pokémon acquires by training , that is, by winning battles. There are several ways to evolve this value, but you need to be very aware of the capabilities that your Pokémon can or cannot reach with this training. How to train the IVs?
